There are different types of proteins used in the products according to specific objectives:
- Whey proteins (isolates and concentrates) are used essentially for their aminogram (amino acids profile). It is applicable for muscle anabolism thanks to its richness in BCAAs (Branched Chain Amino Acid), used primarily for muscle synthesis. These types of protein are digested quite fast.
- Caseinates are larger molecules and thus digested more slowly. They act over time and have more satiating/satietogenic properties.
- Milk protein concentrate is a total milk protein. It has the benefits of both above-described proteins, with a profile very close to milk found in nature.
