About the Buteyko Breathing Training
Relearn how to breathe — and feel the difference in your energy, calmness, and sleep.
This transformative 5-session training can be joined online (via Zoom) or in person, from anywhere in the world. Step by step, you’ll reconnect with your body’s natural breathing rhythm, restore balance, and discover how breathing less can actually give you more — more calm, focus, and vitality.
Program Structure
5 live sessions – once a week, each lasting 1 to 1.5 hours
Every session combines:
 Clear, science-based theory
 Step-by-step demonstration of breathing exercises
 Guided group practice
 Space for your questions and personal feedback
Each week builds on the previous one — from simple awareness to advanced breathing
regulation techniques.
By the end, you will:

✔️ Reduce over-breathing (hyperventilation)
✔️ Breathe naturally through your nose — in rest and movement
Workbook
You’ll receive a practical workbook that helps you track progress, take notes, and
continue your practice long after the course ends.

Facebook Group (Private – Members Only)
All Zoom recordings are available in a members-only Facebook group during the
course and for 4 additional weeks (total 9 weeks).
You can ask questions, share experiences, and receive ongoing feedback.
