Ingredients: milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithin), powdered egg white, wheat gluten, wheat flour, saccharose, wheat fiber, thickeners: guar and xanthan gums, raising agents: diphosphates and sodium carbonates, (contains: wheat), flavorings, salt, milk minerals, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), maltodextrin.
Allergens: milk protein, soy lecithin gluten
Instructions for use: add 75 ml of water to 25 grams of powder and stir until completely mixed. Cook gently in a non-stick frying pan 2-5 minutes each side. Consume it within an hour after rehydration.
