Ingredients: Milk proteins (emulsifier: lecithin [soy]), powdered egg white and yolk, wheat flour, wheat gluten, raising agents: diphosphates and sodium hydrogen carbonate (contain: wheat), textured wheat proteins (wheat proteins, wheat starch), flavoring, salt, thickener: xanthan gum, stabilizer: sodium phosphate, vitamins (C, B3, E, B5, B6, B2, B1, A, B9, B8, B12), maltodextrin, anti-caking agent: magnesium carbonate
Allergens: milk protein, gluten, may contain traces of crustaceans, fish, nuts, celery.
Instructions for use: add 25 grams of powder to 40 ml of water, knead dough, form a ball and put it on a greaseproof paper and cook for 20 to 25 minutes in a 200°C pre-heated oven. Consume it within an hour after rehydration.
